Directions

  1. In a blender, add the garlic, the red pepper, the optional green chili pepper, the chili flakes, and the olive oil.
  2. Blend until broken down.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, crumble the feta cheese very well, and add the yogurt.
  4. Stir until the mixture is smooth and homogenized.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Notes

  • In this recipe, 1 serving is considered to be 100g.
  • The green chili pepper is optional; I recommend omitting it if you prefer a milder sauce.
  • You can consume it immediately, but I recommend refrigerating it for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Store in an airtight container.
