  1. Place the meat, peeled potato, and all remaining ingredients onto parchment paper.
  2. Cover with aluminum foil and wrap tightly but carefully to avoid tearing.
  3. Transfer the 4 servings to the Ninja Woodfire or the oven and bake for 4-5 hours at 150°C.
  4. Once cooked, serve immediately or store as meal prep.

Notes

  • We use goat leg because goat meat is lower in fat than lamb, and the leg is a leaner cut compared to other parts.
  • You can also bake it in a conventional oven using the heating elements at the same temperature and for the same amount of time.
  • It can be cooked faster, but if you want the result shown, it is better to leave it longer at the recommended temperature to ensure it softens properly.
  • For even more flavor, leave the foil open on each portion to fully utilize the smoke from the Smoker; seal it after 30 minutes and continue cooking as usual.
  • The macronutrients include the net meat weight without the bone, approximately 250 grams.
