  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper and stir.
  2. Cut the chicken into cubes, add the beaten egg, and toss to coat.
  3. Dredge each piece through the flour mixture and transfer to a non-stick baking tray.
  4. Spray with oil spray and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200掳C.
  5. For the sauce, place the water, cornstarch, soy sauce, honey, sweetener, ginger, and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth.
  6. Transfer to a pan and simmer over medium heat until it begins to thicken, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add the baked chicken, toss to coat, and remove from the heat.
  8. Boil the pasta in hot salted water for 1-2 minutes less than the package instructions and drain.
  9. For the pasta sauce, place the cottage cheese, milk, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
  10. Transfer to a pan and simmer over medium heat until it begins to thicken, stirring occasionally.
  11. Add the cheese and stir until melted.
  12. Add the pasta, toss well, and remove from the heat.
  13. Divide the pasta and the chicken into 5 servings.

Notes

  • Beat the egg before using it.
  • I recommend using oil spray.
  • Oven setting: top and bottom heating elements.
