  1. In a blender, combine the ice cubes, frozen strawberries, milk, yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and optional xanthan gum.
  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes on the high setting.

Notes

  • Xanthan gum is optional, but it helps make your milkshake thicker.
