  1. In a blender, add the cottage cheese, milk, cheesecake powder, sweetener, protein powder, and optionally the xanthan gum.
  2. Blend until smooth and homogenized.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the Ninja Creami pint.
  4. Freeze for 20-24 hours.
  5. Run the pint under warm water for 30 seconds.
  6. Process using the "Lite Ice Cream" setting.
  7. Remove from the machine.
  8. Create a hole reaching the bottom of the pint and add the jam and biscuits.
  9. Process using the "Mix-in" setting.
  10. Optionally, serve with extra jam and crushed biscuits.

Notes

  • This specific recipe is made only using the Ninja Creami machine.
  • Xanthan gum helps achieve a creamier texture as it acts as a stabilizer/thickener.
  • If you don't have the machine, once the mixture is homogenized, place it in the freezer for 4-5 hours and serve. If left for more hours, it will likely crystallize; in that case, before serving, you should leave it at room temperature for about 10 minutes and blend it again, though you will not get the desired result.
  • The macronutrients include both the base ingredients and the mix-ins.
