  1. 1. Add the eggs, milk, olive oil, yogurt, garlic, cheese, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the shredded chicken, and mix well.
  3. 3. Grease a muffin tray and divide the mixture evenly.
  4. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
