  1. Remove the crust from the slices and press them firmly with a rolling pin to flatten them.
  2. Spread the tomato juice/sauce, add the cheese and the sausage, and roll them up.
  3. Insert 2 toothpicks into each slice to prevent it from opening and cut into 2 mini sausage rolls.
  4. Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
