Ingredients

Directions

  1. For the dough, combine the flour, yogurt, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix and knead well for at least 5-10 minutes.
  3. Once the dough has come together, cover it and set it aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible, aiming for a diameter of 30-35 cm.
  5. Transfer it onto parchment paper and fold the edges inward.
  6. Preheat the baking tray and the oven to 200掳C using the top and bottom heating elements.
  7. Add the tomato juice/sauce and spread it well to cover the entire surface, including the edges.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with the pepperoni salami.
  9. Transfer the pizza with the parchment paper onto the preheated tray and bake for approximately 15 minutes.

Notes

  • In this recipe, 1 serving is considered to be the whole pizza.
  • Optionally, you can add 1/2 tsp of baking powder to the dough if you want a thicker crust.
  • Optionally, you can spray the edges with oil spray before baking if you want them crispier.
  • You must preheat the baking tray; otherwise, the base will not cook properly.
