Directions

  1. Combine the yogurt, flour, and optionally the baking powder, and stir.
  2. Knead until the dough comes together and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Flour a surface, roll out the dough as thinly as possible, and transfer it to parchment paper.
  4. Fold the edges inward, spread the tomato juice/sauce, and top with the cheeses.
  5. Transfer to a preheated baking tray.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200掳C or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Divide into 6 pieces.
