  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, milk, protein powder, sweetener, optional xanthan gum, and Biscoff spread.
  2. Blend until smooth and homogenized.
  3. Transfer to the Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 20-24 hours.
  4. Place the pint in the machine and process using the "Lite Ice Cream" setting.
  5. Remove the pint from the machine, create a hole in the middle of the ice cream reaching the bottom, and add the mix-ins.
  6. Process again using the "Mix-in" setting and serve with melted spread and Biscoff biscuits.

Notes

  • This specific recipe is made only using the Ninja Creami machine.
  • The macronutrients include both the ice cream and the mix-ins.
