  1. Place the wheat in a pot with plenty of water.
  2. Cover and boil for about 60-70 minutes or until soft.
  3. Drain completely, transfer to a towel, and let it rest until it reaches room temperature.
  4. Place it in a bowl along with the cooked quinoa and the crushed nuts.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and optionally the protein powder.
  6. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can soak the wheat in water for 12 hours before starting the recipe so that it requires less boiling time.
