  1. Add the anthotyro, eggs, honey, and flour to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and homogenized.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a mold lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 175°C for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Serve with honey.

Notes

  • For extra protein, you can add 1 scoop to the blender.
  • Let the honey pie (melopita) cool for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan.
  • Serve with honey and, optionally, cinnamon and crushed walnuts.
  • Pan dimensions: 18cm diameter.
  • Oven settings: heating elements.
