  1. Place the roasted hazelnuts in a blender and process until they turn into a paste, scraping down the sides occasionally.
  2. Add the protein powder, cocoa, sweetener, salt, and milk, and blend until smooth and homogenized.
  3. Empty into a container with a lid and store in the refrigerator.

  • In this recipe, 1 serving is considered to be 100g.
  • It can also be made without protein powder, but you must adjust the amount of milk depending on how liquid you want the spread to be.
