  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Mix for 5-10 minutes until the dough comes together and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. For the filling, place the myzithra and feta in a bowl and crumble them.
  4. Add the beaten egg and the spices, and mix until smooth and homogenized.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll out each piece as thinly and circularly as possible.
  6. Spread the filling and seal the edges, first with a fork and then with your hands.
  7. Transfer to a non-stick baking tray.
  8. Brush with the beaten egg wash and optionally sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. Bake at 175掳C for 12-15 minutes.
