These stuffed Florina peppers combine unsalted anari, cream cheese and cottage cheese in a smooth, high-protein filling. Serve them chilled after refrigerating for two to three hours, or bake them until tender.

Directions

  1. 1. Add the anari, cream cheese, cottage cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and garlic powder to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Transfer the mixture to a food-safe bag with one corner cut off or to a piping bag.
  3. 3. Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers.
  4. 4. Fill each pepper with the mixture, pressing it down so that the filling reaches the bottom.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours before serving. Alternatively, bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until the peppers have softened.
