  1. 1. Add the chicken, egg, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and cayenne pepper to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  3. 3. Crush the cereal and transfer it to a plate.
  4. 4. Shape the patties with slightly wet hands and coat them in the crushed cereal.
  5. 5. Place the patties on a baking tray and spray with oil.
  6. 6. Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
  7. 7. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder and onion powder until smooth.
  8. 8. Assemble the burgers with sauce, patty, and lettuce.

Notes

  • From the 150 g cereal, you will use about 60 g, but using the full amount makes coating easier.
  • Oven settings: 200°C conventional heat.
