  1. 1. Place the rice, milk, and cinnamon in a pot.
  2. 2. Boil over medium heat until the rice softens and "bursts," stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Dissolve the corn flour in the milk and add it to the pot while stirring.
  4. 4. Dissolve the protein powder and stevia in the milk.
  5. 5. Once the rice pudding begins to thicken, add the mixture while stirring.
  6. 6. Boil for a little longer until the ingredients are fully incorporated, stirring constantly to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot, and remove from the heat.
  7. 7. Divide into 5 jars and allow to cool completely.
  8. 8. Seal with the lids and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  9. 9. Optionally, serve with cinnamon.

Notes

  • To make it fasting-friendly, either use plant-based protein powder or simply skip the ingredient.
  • Jar capacity: 200ml.
