  1. 1. Add the yogurt, shredded coconut, protein powder, stevia, and salt to a bowl and mix well.
  2. 2. Line a container with parchment paper and transfer the mixture.
  3. 3. Press it down firmly until compact and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove and cut into 6 equal pieces.
  5. 5. Return to the freezer for another 30-60 minutes.
  6. 6. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave and let it cool slightly.
  7. 7. Coat each bar fully by brushing the chocolate or dip each bar into the chocolate.
  8. 8. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Notes

  • In this recipe, 1 serving equals 1 bar.
  • Freezing helps the bars firm up and prevents them from breaking when coating with chocolate.
  • If you dip the bars, you may need more chocolate and macros will change.
  • From the 180 g chocolate, about 90 g will be used, but using more makes coating easier.
  • Container size: 18x12 cm.
