  1. In a pot, whisk together the eggs, honey, cornstarch, optional protein powder, and the vanilla protein drink.
  2. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the baking pan.
  4. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes and let it cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • To completely avoid clumping, I recommend blending the ingredients in a blender rather than mixing by hand before transferring them to the pot.
  • Don't forget to stir regularly; otherwise, the mixture will stick to the bottom of the pot and burn.
  • Oven settings: heating elements.
  • For the perfect texture and flavor, let it cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
