Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen berries, yogurt, milk, sweetener, optional xanthan gum, and protein powder, and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to the Ninja Creami pint and place in the freezer.
  3. Once frozen, rinse the pint with warm running water and dry it.
  4. Place in the machine and process using the "Frozen Yogurt" setting, then the "Re-spin" setting to make it creamier.
  5. Optionally, serve with frozen berries.

Notes

  • This specific recipe is made only using the Ninja Creami machine.
  • Xanthan gum helps the frozen yogurt achieve a creamier texture as it acts as a thickener.
  • If you don't have the Ninja Creami, once the mixture is homogenized, place it in the freezer for 3-4 hours and serve. If left for more hours, it will likely crystallize; in that case, before serving, you should leave it at room temperature for about 10 minutes and blend it again.
