Directions

  1. First, wash the figs and remove the skin.
  2. Cut them into small pieces and place them in a pan with the water.
  3. Boil over medium heat until they soften, stirring occasionally.
  4. Puree with a hand blender and add the juice and stevia.
  5. Stir until smooth and homogenized.
  6. Dissolve the gelatin in the water.
  7. Once it blooms, add it to the pan, stirring until it thickens.
  8. Remove from the heat, allow it to cool completely, and store in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • In this recipe, 1 serving is considered to be 100g.
  • I recommend stirring the pieces occasionally to prevent them from sticking to the bottom.
  • After removing from the heat, let it cool for 5 minutes, transfer to a container, and wait for it to reach room temperature before sealing it and placing it in the refrigerator.
