Directions

  1. Dry the feta cheese thoroughly with paper towels and set aside.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with the milk until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a deep container with a wide diameter.
  4. Submerge a rice paper sheet for 10 seconds and wrap it around the feta.
  5. Repeat with 2 more rice paper sheets, flipping it over each time.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Preheat a pan over medium-high heat and spray with oil spray.
  8. Fry the long sides for 3-4 minutes and the short sides for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Remove from the pan and serve with honey.

Notes

  • Optionally, you can crumble 1-2 tbsp of dried mint over the feta before wrapping it in the rice paper sheets.
  • If you submerge the rice paper sheets for longer, they will be difficult to handle as they will have absorbed an excessive amount of liquid.
