  1. In a pot, combine the milk, semolina, stevia, and vanilla.
  2. Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  3. Spray a mold with oil spray, transfer the mixture into it, and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
  4. Remove from the mold and serve.

Notes

  • It is very important to stir constantly until it thickens; otherwise, it will stick to the bottom of the pot.
  • Optionally, serve with honey and cinnamon.
