  1. Spread the tahini over the first tortilla.
  2. Add the honey, spread it out, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Place the second tortilla on top and repeat the process.
  4. Roll the tortillas as tightly as possible and cut the roll into 8 pieces.
  5. Place the pieces side-by-side in a heatproof dish so they do not open.
  6. Preheat the air fryer for 1 minute and bake for 6-7 minutes at 160°C.
  7. Serve with additional honey and cinnamon.
  8. If you want them high protein, mix the protein powder with the cinnamon and the milk.
  9. Pour the glaze over the tachinopitakia.

Notes

  • In this recipe, 1 serving is considered to be 1 tahini pie.
