  1. In a high-powered blender, process the peanuts for about 5 minutes until they turn into a paste, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Add the protein powder, stevia, salt, and milk, and blend for another 2-3 minutes or until well combined.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and let it cool for a while.
  4. Close with the lid and store in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • In this recipe, 1 serving is considered to be 100g.
  • If the peanuts are not roasted, bake in the oven at 180°C fan for about 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
