Directions

  1. Peel the banana and place it in a blender.
  2. Add the milk, cocoa, and optionally the protein powder.
  3. Blend until smooth and transfer to a small pot.
  4. Boil over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes or until it thickens, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
  5. Pour into a small bowl and allow to cool completely.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours.
  7. Optionally, serve with grated dark chocolate.

Notes

  • Bowl diameter: 9cm.
  • The macronutrients do not include the additional grated chocolate.
