  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, protein powder, sweetener, and baking powder and stir.
  2. In a second bowl, whisk the egg, yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract together.
  3. Add the dry ingredients and stir until smooth and homogenized.
  4. For the filling, combine the ground peanuts, peanut butter powder, and water in a bowl and whisk well.
  5. Crush the cereal, add it to the filling, and stir.
  6. Transfer the cake batter to a baking pan lined with parchment paper, placing the filling in the middle.
  7. Bake at 175掳C for 8-10 minutes.

Notes

  • Instead of peanut butter powder, you can add approximately 25-30g of peanut butter and skip the water.
  • Oven setting: fan only or fan assisted with top and bottom heating elements.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream and crushed peanuts.
