  1. Peel and clean the taro (kolokasi).
  2. Remove the stem.
  3. Cut into long, even-sized pieces.
  4. Transfer them to the air fryer basket or a baking sheet.
  5. Spray with oil spray.
  6. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and transfer to a bowl.
  7. Crush the coriander seeds and add them to the bowl along with the salt and, optionally, the lemon juice.
  8. Stir and serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you have the choice between an air fryer or an oven, I recommend the air fryer for a crispier result.
  • Oven settings: 200°C fan or fan with heating elements.
  • Air fryer settings: 200°C.
