  1. Crush the cereal and mix with the spices.
  2. Cut the chicken into pieces and dredge them through the flour, the beaten egg, and then the cereal.
  3. Transfer to a baking tray and spray with oil spray.
  4. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
  5. While waiting for them to bake, prepare the sauce by mixing the sauce ingredients.
  6. Assemble the burger by adding the sauce, the patty, the tomato, and the lettuce.

Notes

  • Approximately 48 grams of cereal and 8 grams of flour will be used, but the quantities I’ve listed are necessary to make the breading process easier.
  • Oven settings: heating elements (top and bottom heat).
