  1. In a bowl, add the water, dissolve the gelatin, and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the yogurt, cocoa, cornstarch, protein powder, sweetener, and salt, and stir until smooth and homogenized.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours or until the mousse has set.

Notes

  • Make sure the water is hot so that the gelatin dissolves well.
