Directions

  1. Add the yogurt, egg, egg whites, milk, olive oil, stevia, and flours to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Preheat a pan over medium heat and optionally spray with oil.
  3. Pour the batter and spread it evenly to cover the pan.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Repeat until you make 6 crepes and let them cool slightly.
  6. Add the pudding to half of each crepe, then place the strawberries and crushed biscuit on half of the pudding layer.
  7. Fold first toward the pudding side, then again over the strawberries and biscuit section.
  8. Optionally, serve with 0% chocolate syrup.

Notes

  • Pan diameter: 28 cm.
  • Macros do not include the chocolate syrup topping.
