Directions

  1. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces, melt in a double boiler or the microwave, and set aside.
  2. Peel the bananas and mash them.
  3. Add the shredded coconut and the protein powder, and mix until the dough comes together.
  4. Divide into 8 equal balls and shape into cookies.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Pour the melted dark chocolate over the cookies.

Notes

  • In this recipe, 1 serving is considered to be 1 cookie.
  • If you don't use protein powder, you should add an additional 30g of shredded coconut.
  • If your dough is too dry, add 1-2 tbsp of water or milk.
  • If your dough is too wet, add 1-2 tbsp of shredded coconut.
  • Do not overbake the cookies because they will turn out very dry.
  • Oven settings: 180°C heating elements or fan with heating elements.
