  1. Pulse the sugar-free biscuits in a blender.
  2. Transfer to a bowl along with the baking powder and the protein drink and mix.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking pan.
  4. Bake at 170°C for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Let it cool for a while.
  6. Optionally, cover with chocolate protein pudding.

Notes

  • To avoid using butter from the original recipe, line the baking pan with parchment paper.
  • I recommend letting it cool completely before adding the pudding.
