  1. Butterfly each fillet and pound them to soften.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oil, juice, and spices.
  3. Add the cream cheese, turkey, and mozzarella, then roll tightly.
  4. Bake at 190°C for 25-30 minutes.
  5. While it bakes, boil the potatoes and place them in a bowl along with the cream cheese, milk, salt, and pepper, then mash until smooth.
  6. Spread the tomato juice/sauce and sprinkle the mozzarella over the chicken.
  7. Bake for an additional 5 minutes and store in 5 containers.

Notes

  • Carefully butterfly the fillets, taking care not to create a hole in the center.
  • Close the rolls tightly and place them side-by-side in the pan to prevent them from opening; alternatively, secure them with toothpicks.
  • Instead of fresh mozzarella, you can use protein cheese.
  • Oven settings: heating elements.
  • For a perfectly velvety puree, place the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
