  1. Mix the breadcrumbs with the spices.
  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  3. Add the beaten egg and toss to coat.
  4. Dredge the pieces in the breadcrumbs and transfer them to the air fryer basket or a baking sheet.
  5. Spray with oil.
  6. Cook at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until golden, giving them a shake at 6 minutes.

Notes

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces so it cooks faster and turns out crispier.
  • Only 40 grams of breadcrumbs will be used, but more is needed to make the coating process easier.
  • Choose an oil spray with a high smoke point for better and healthier cooking.
