Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken with the soy sauce, water, and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Boil the noodles for 1 minute less than the package instructions and drain.
  3. Sauté the chicken over high heat and remove from the pan.
  4. Sauté the ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  5. Add the frozen vegetables and cook until they soften.
  6. Prepare the sauce using the listed ingredients.
  7. Lower the heat to medium.
  8. Transfer the cooked chicken, the drained noodles, and the sauce back into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens and coats everything.

Notes

  • For the frozen vegetables, I used a pack containing the following: carrot, bean sprouts, leek, bamboo shoots, snow peas, and coriander.
