  1. Boil water with salt in a pot.
  2. Add the pasta and cook for 2 minutes less than the package instructions.
  3. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, and high-protein cheese, and blend well until smooth and homogenized.
  4. Preheat a pan over high heat, spray with oil spray, and saut茅 the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the minced meat, stir, and saut茅 until it changes color.
  6. Add the spice mix and saut茅 for 2 minutes.
  7. Lower to medium heat, add the chopped tomatoes, and stir.
  8. Remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Add the drained pasta and the mixture from the blender and stir.
  10. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and spread it to cover the entire surface.
  11. Sprinkle with the protein cheese.
  12. Bake at 190掳C for 15-20 minutes.
  13. Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve.

Notes

  • The oil spray is not mandatory, but it helps saut茅 the onion and garlic better without burning them.
  • Oven setting: top and bottom heating elements.
