  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, place them in a bowl, and add the olive oil, spices, and cornstarch.
  2. Mix well and transfer to a non-stick baking tray.
  3. Bake in the oven at 220掳C for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Over medium-high heat, saut茅 the minced meat with the spices, add the vegetables, and cook until they soften and the liquids evaporate.
  5. Lower the heat, add the bolognese sauce, and stir.
  6. Add the cream cheese and yogurt.
  7. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  8. Add the protein cheese, stir, and remove from the heat.
  9. For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and spices in a bowl, and stir.
  10. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
  11. Divide the potatoes and the minced meat into 5 servings.

Notes

  • Oven setting: fan assisted with top and bottom heating elements.
  • If the minced meat has a lot of liquid that doesn't evaporate, use paper towels to remove it.
  • The macronutrients also include the proportion of sauce for each serving.
  • The sauce lasts in the refrigerator for about 10 days.
