Directions

  1. In each container, add the egg and yogurt, and whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the oats and the remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add the cheese, feta, and spinach, and stir.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle with extra crumbled feta.
  6. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
  7. Once they have cooled, store them in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • The macronutrients do not include the additional crumbled feta.
  • Let the baked bowls reach room temperature before sealing them.
  • Oven settings: fan or fan with heating elements.
