Directions

  1. In each container, whisk the egg, egg white, and yogurt.
  2. Add the oats, baking powder, baking soda, and spices, and mix until combined.
  3. Add the leek, olives, cheese and mint, and mix.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle some more olives.
  5. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Let them cool completely before storing.

Notes

  • Let the baked bowls reach room temperature before sealing them.
