Directions

  1. In each container, whisk the egg with the yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add the oats, the remaining ingredients, and spices, and stir.
  3. Add the halloumi, lountza, and mint.
  4. Mix and optionally top with more halloumi and lountza.
  5. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
  6. Allow them to cool completely.

Notes

  • The macronutrients do not include the additional halloumi and lountza.
  • Let the baked bowls reach room temperature before sealing them.
  • Oven settings: fan or fan with heating elements.
