Directions

  1. In each container, whisk the egg with the yogurt and milk.
  2. Add the protein powder, cocoa, stevia, and salt, and stir.
  3. Add the oat flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix well.
  4. Transfer to a baking pan and sprinkle with the chocolate chips.
  5. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes and allow to cool completely.

Notes

  • The macronutrients do not include the chocolate chips.
  • Let the baked bowls reach room temperature before sealing them.
  • Oven settings: fan or fan with heating elements.
