  1. In each oven-safe container, add the egg, yogurt, stevia, cinnamon, and protein powder.
  2. Whisk until smooth and homogenized.
  3. Add the ground oats and baking powder and stir.
  4. Add the chopped apples into the mixture.
  5. Repeat the process for the remaining 4 containers and add the rest of the chopped apples.
  6. Bake at 180°C for about 12-15 minutes and store in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • You can mix all the chopped apple pieces into the batter instead of sprinkling some on top.
  • Let the baked bowls reach room temperature before sealing them.
  • Oven settings: fan or fan with heating elements.
