  1. Mix the meat with the soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper, and garlic.
  2. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Boil the rice, and just before it is fully cooked, cover, remove from the heat, and let it cool.
  4. Spray the pan with oil spray, fry the eggs over high heat, and scramble them.
  5. Add the rice and stir well.
  6. Add the soy sauce, stir, and remove from the heat.
  7. For the sizzling beef, spray the pan with oil spray, sear the meat, and remove from the pan.
  8. Saut茅 the garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
  9. Add the peppers and broccoli; while they soften, prepare the sauce.
  10. Transfer the sauce to the pan along with the meat.
  11. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  12. Remove from the heat and divide the rice and beef into 5 servings.

Notes

  • I recommend letting the rice cool completely before frying it with the egg.
  • Make sure the vegetables have softened before adding the meat and the sauce.
  • It would be good to lower the heat before adding the meat and the sauce.
