  1. For the ground meat, spray a pan with oil spray, preheat over high heat, and sauté the onion until golden brown.
  2. Add the ground meat along with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder, stir, and cook for 5-10 minutes or until browned.
  3. Lower to medium heat, add the bolognese sauce, and cook until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
  4. For the béchamel, blend the cottage cheese, cream cheese, egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth.
  5. In each bowl, place a layer of ground meat, one lasagna sheet, a second layer of ground meat, and a second lasagna sheet.
  6. Pour the béchamel into each bowl and sprinkle with the protein cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven.
  8. Allow to cool completely before storing.

Notes

  • If the sheets do not fit in the bowls, cut them according to the dimensions of your bowl, and place the pieces in the bowl next to or on top of the cut sheet.
  • Bowl capacity: 650ml.
  • Oven settings: 200°C heating elements.
