Directions

  1. Thinly slice the vegetables and set aside.
  2. Thoroughly pat each salmon fillet dry on all sides with paper towels.
  3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with the spices.
  4. For each serving, take a piece of parchment paper and fold it in half.
  5. Layer the vegetable slices, optionally sprinkle with spices, and place the fillet on top.
  6. Place the wild asparagus and the cherry tomato on the side, and the lemon and parsley on top of the fillet.
  7. Fold the parchment paper over the ingredients and seal very well on all sides.
  8. Transfer to a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-40 minutes.

Notes

  • Oven settings: 180°C heating elements or fan with heating elements.
  • I recommend using vegetables that do not release much moisture.
