Directions

  1. Thaw the seafood, dry it very well, and coarsely chop the cod and the squid.
  2. In a large pan over medium-high heat, spray with oil and saut茅 the onion, garlic, and pepper until softened.
  3. Add the spices and saut茅 for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Lower to medium heat, add the peas and tomatoes, and stir.
  5. Add the rice, stir, and saut茅 for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Dissolve the stock cube in hot water, transfer it to the pan, and stir.
  7. Once it reaches a boil, add the seafood, stir, and lower to low heat.
  8. Optionally cover and simmer until the liquids are absorbed.

Notes

  • The seafood has been weighed after being thawed.
  • The last step takes me about 30-40 minutes, but the time may vary depending on the stove's power.
