Directions

  1. Crush the biscuits and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add the protein powder and the pudding, and mix until the dough comes together.
  3. With slightly wet hands to prevent the dough from sticking, divide and shape into 24 small balls, transfer to a tray lined with parchment paper, and refrigerate for 90 minutes.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate and allow it to cool slightly.
  5. Dip 1/2 of each ball into the melted chocolate, transfer back to the tray, and optionally, sprinkle with crushed biscuit.
  6. Refrigerate for another 15-30 minutes.

Notes

  • In this recipe, 1 serving is considered to be 1 trouffle.
  • From the 200 grams of dark chocolate, only 72 grams will be used, but it is better to melt the entire amount so you don't have difficulty during the process.
  • The macronutrients do not include the additional crushed biscuit.
