  1. In a bowl, add the flour, optionally the protein powder, the baking powder, and the stevia, and mix.
  2. Crack the eggs into a larger bowl.
  3. Add the yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey, and whisk until combined.
  4. Transfer the dry ingredients and mix just enough for them to combine.
  5. Place 1/3 of the mixture back into the first bowl.
  6. Add the cocoa and the milk, and mix until combined.
  7. Grease a non-stick cake tin and transfer half of the first mixture, half of the second mixture, the rest of the first mixture, and finally the rest of the second mixture.
  8. Create patterns using a skewer or a toothpick.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Once baked, allow to cool completely before removing from the tin.

Notes

  • If you don't use protein powder, you should add an additional 30g of flour.
  • Oven settings: 175°C heating elements or fan with heating elements.
