  1. Cut the chicken into strips, add the beaten egg, and toss to coat everywhere.
  2. Crush the cereal until broken down.
  3. Transfer to a plate and add the spices.
  4. Dredge the chicken strips through the cereal mixture to bread them.
  5. Transfer to a baking tray and spray with oil spray.
  6. Bake in the oven at 200掳C for 20 minutes.
  7. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper.
  8. Stir until smooth and homogenized.
  9. Fill the wraps with chopped lettuce, tomato, the baked chicken, and the sauce.

Notes

  • Fewer than 150g of cereal will adhere, but it is better to use more to ensure they are evenly breaded.
